Two factor authentications (“2FA”) is an additional layer of security we have added to your account. You will be required to enter a One Time Password (OTP) (which is a verification code we have sent to you for authentication purposes), each time you checkout using our platform. The 2FA is inbuilt into our system and you will not be permitted to disable it.
We also maintain a data breach procedure in order to deal with incidents concerning personal data or practices leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
